With over a decade of experience in the broadcasting industry, I have built a career that spans both television and radio. I started in TV news as a weather anchor and reporter and currently work as a morning radio show host for ‘Iris & Grizz in The Morning’ on 93.1 KISS-FM in El Paso, TX. I am also the proud founder of ‘Mija, yes you can.’ a local nonprofit organization that aims at empowering women in our community.
Aside from my work in broadcasting, I take pride in being a seasoned motivational and keynote speaker with a passion for empowering women, inspiring youth, and raising mental health awareness. I bring dynamic storytelling, personal life experiences, and audience engagement to every event, motivating audiences of all ages and backgrounds. My experiences as a media professional and advocate for career development makes me a powerful voice for positive change, connection, and growth.
